Q: Who runs and operates Checkered Lining?

Q: Where is Checkered Lining operating from and where does it ship from?
A: Checkered Lining is located in Hokkaido, Japan and also ships from Hokkaido, Japan.
Q: If I order the SKA-Prize Surprise toy capsule, how does that work?
A: You can buy a spin or multiple spins of the SKA-prize Surprise. Multiple spins will lower the individual cost of each item. Each spin will get you a random item as displayed in the images. You will get the item as well as the capsule, and there is an option to get the SKA-themed token as well. Before you get the order by mail, you will receive an email with a Youtube link to see your spin/s and the item/s you will get.
Q: What if I want a particular item from the SKA-Prize Surprise coin op?
A: No problem, the individual items are available separately, but don't come with the capsule or the token. Also, multiple items will not be discounted.
Q: How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A: It depends on where you are located. Within Japan, only a few days. If you are located outside of Japan, expect delivery within 2 to 4 weeks or 3 to 4 months depending on the shipping option you chose. (At the moment shipping options are limited due to covid restrictions. I hope new options for mid-level prices and delivery times will be available soon). (It seems that many countries are changing their delivery policies often, and with unpredictable changes, that could affect delivery time. Also, due to the Covid pandemic, there are many international shipping delays.)
Q: How will you ship my package?
A: I will be using Japan Post to ship orders because this is the most economical option to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. There are other shipping options available with Yamato Shipping that are a bit expensive but have a much faster delivery.
Q: I'm in a band and want to make merch like this, can you help?

Q: Where does Checkered Lining ship to?
A: At the moment Checkered Lining only ships to Japan and the USA. I will do my best to expand this in the coming months. If you are not from these places and want to order contact me at brobertson@suburbanlegends.com
Q: Where is your apparel made?
A: It depends on the item, but most are made in China. Some are made in Pakistan.
